Where can I call to get more information about a product?
You can call (773) 205-1147. We will contact you within 24 hours. Simply let us know the best time to return your call.

Can I return a product?
If you are anything short of delighted once you receive your product, please return it for a complete refund up to 30 days. Simply send the unused item to: World Shoppe, 3923 N. Keeler Ave. , Chicago , IL 60641 via certified mail or UPS. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the original shipping charges.

Will you sell my contact information?
Just like you, we're customers, too, and we want our privacy respected. We will not sell your contact information now or in the future. If you choose, we will send you regular updated on artisan stories, new product introductions or new information on fair trade. Do my purchases really make a difference?
Absolutely. Fair trade businesses like World-Shoppe provide between 25-33 percent of our profits to producers in developing countries. This allows fair trade artisans, mostly women, to provide for their families, send their children to school, and to contribute to the community where they may not have otherwise been able to do so.

Is World-Shoppe a member of any fair trade associations?
Yes! We believe in strength in numbers and World-Shoppe is a member of the Fair Trade Federation and Co-Op America .
